In-Network Status

Dr. Liaw-Gray is in-network with:

           Regence Blue Shield

           Premera Blue Cross

AETNA (Please specify this in initial contact! There is a slightly separate process for starting.)

If you plan to use your insurance, you may be responsible for a co-pay, co-insurance amount, or  deductible. 

Out-of-Network Status

For all other insurances, Dr. Liaw-Gray can explore with you if you have out-of-network benefits. She will provide you with a bill in which you would submit to your health insurance. This would assist you in receiving credit towards your deductible for out-of-network health benefits and to receive a percentage reimbursed back to you should you have out-of-network benefits. 

Dr. Liaw-Gray offers competitive rates in line with community standards.
